Download the dmc-ortim remote maintenance so that the responsible dmc-ortim employee can help you solve your problem.

The remote maintenance software is based on TeamViewer 15.

The remote maintenance application is simply started. No software will be installed. Administrator permissions are required to start remote maintenance.

With remote maintenance, our support staff look over your shoulder on your computer and intervene in the processes if necessary. You can collaborate at any time or watch what is happening on your computer. Once the remote maintenance is complete, you can simply delete the remote maintenance software.
